I managed a 7-step flare-slope bug to skip the enemies, but it was rather difficult to get right. I think I'll just get the super grenades in Citadel and use one or two of them here.

Haha, probably not. Although I will save roughly three minutes in Tomb of Seth and one minute in Guardian of Semerkhet, I will lose quite a bit of time in Desert Railroad, Cleopatra's Palaces, City of the Dead and probably some other levels I can't name off the bat.

An in-game time of 1:31 or 1:32 should be feasible. But I think the run should be timed in real time because of using the pause menu several times for switching aiming modes and frame buffering the movables bug in The Citadel.

I'm actually not sure if pause menu stops the timer or not, but if it doesn't, it won't matter. I my segmented run, I actually didn't show switching the aim mode, because it's part of the options, which is not considered as actual gameplay.

Not sure what you mean by frame buffering the moveable bug.

It does stop the timer.

I basically use the pause menu for frame advance at the puzzle. If you pause the game, then press esc while holding P, the game will advance one frame, then go to the pause menu again. I can have Lara take hold of one of the pedestals, open the pause menu, hold action + forward/back + P in the pause menu, then press esc. After that, let go of all keys and press esc again, and you will have performed the bug without much of a chance of failure.

Remember not follow Ewil's example in his most recent run. I recall him saying that his movement of the 4 compass pedestals was not the optimum.

Yes, I know, and in a way it was my fault to begin with. I did it unoptimally in my demonstration video so I could have better camera angles!
