Maybe you're confusing "changing" the combat mode with "toggling" it. My combat mode is set to Advanced Hold, which means Lara has her pistols drawn for as long as you press down the respective toggle combat mode key. The Advanced Toggle combat mode would make it so that she has her pistols drawn as soon as you press (and release) the key until you press (and release it) again.

So basically, if I wouldn't keep ";" pressed down Lara would put away her guns. The inputs for UBJ are as follows:

While having weapon drawn (and at least another weapon with ammo available): Jump -> Change weapons -> Grapple -> Grapple

Yeah, I feel your pain. But look on the bright side: a run that was going to take about 20 minutes will probably now be under 15. Quite an advance over jardart's nearly 40 minute run, great as it was. Nothing in this business is stable. Ten years from now, someone will do a 10 minute run. You two should do what you can with what you've got. You and others in the community have found significant advances in speedrunning this game. And it's time to show them off.

Except Cadarev and I haven't been able to perform these tricks without scripts with AHK or something else.

It's possible to defeat Natla doing only one adrenaline dodge, and it's actually pretty simple. :D :D :D
